Founded on our experience in the test bench field, our engineers have developed a wide range of products named TestAvenue™, including software, automatic production and manual loading - unloading benches, and laboratory, endurance and inspection benches.

These standard TestAvenue™ benches are used for applications for testing sensors, starters, alternators, electronic & electrical modules and wiper modules.

Sensors

TestAvenue™-CBP10200
(In-production test bench)
Designed for functional and electrical testing, this is a speed or position sensor (Hall effect or magnetic) test bench.

TestAvenue™-CBP10500
(In-production test bench)
A bench that has been proved at high throughputs, designed the functional and electrical testing of speed sensors (Hall effect or magnetic) at the end of the production chain.

TestAvenue™-CBL10100
(In-laboratory test bench)
This target or phonic wheel powering bench is dedicated to magnetic and Hall effect sensor checking applications.

TestAvenue™-CBL10200
(In-laboratory test bench)
Using this bench, it is possible to easily characterize Hall effect sensors positioned on a manual 2 shaft table in front of the target that can reach a maximum speed of 8,000 rpm.

TestAvenue™-CBL10500
(In-laboratory test bench)
Built around a marble form, this Hall effect or magnetic sensor performance test bench is used to power targets at 10,000 rpm with high speed stability.

Starters

TestAvenue™-SBL10200
(In-laboratory test bench)
With this shock test bench for locking on starters, you can run configurable product start cycles under different conditions of braking or even locking (1 to 300 Nm).

TestAvenue™-SBC10500
(In-laboratory test bench)
The main job of this characterization test bench is acquiring and analysing real voltage, current, speed and torque data on starters subject to braking variable from 2 Nm to 50 Nm.

Alternators

TestAvenue™-ABP10600
(In-production test bench)
Another pure product of efficient technology, this automatic test bench is designed for the electric and acoustic control of alternators on conveyor-based production lines.

TestAvenue™-ABL10200
(In-laboratory test bench)
To test the endurance of alternators, submitting them (per 1 or 2 alternators) to functional test cycles in a heat chamber.

TestAvenue™-ABC10200
(In-laboratory test bench)
This automatic test bench for alternators characterization is used to acquire measurements of speed (0 to 23,000 rpm), current supplied (0 to 400A), voltage (0 to 50V) and torque (0 to 100Nm) on 1 alternator on test.

TestAvenue™-ABE10100
(In-laboratory test bench)
An alternator put in a muddy environment and an alternator put in a dusty environment. The test cycles are configured for speed and current supplied. This is what our Mud / Dust endurance test bench is used to test.

TestAvenue™-ABE10150
(In-laboratory test bench)
A variant of the previous bench, which checks and quantifies salt spray endurance by subjecting the alternator to cycles configured for speed and current supplied in a salty environment.

TestAvenue™-ABL10500
(In-laboratory test bench)
Dedicated to acoustic chamber testing, this is an alternator drive bench.

Electrical and electronic modules

TestAvenue™-EBP10200
(In-production test bench)
This is a simplified bench for testing at the end of the production line, designed for the functional and electrical testing of electric and electronic bus CAN or equivalent terminal modules.

Wiper modules

TestAvenue™-WBL10100
(In-laboratory test bench)
By performing abrasion test cycles on windscreen wiper blades, this bench is used to check blades entirely visually.

TestAvenue™-WBL10200
(In-laboratory test bench)
This is an endurance test bench on the housings for any type of motor + linkage + wiper blade carrier assembly.
